I’m Beth Chapleau and I’m a graphic designer, web nerd and general design geek. A lover of typography, mid century furniture & architecture, art history, driving too fast and the colour grey. I’m mother to a bulldog and have recently delved into the world of homeownership.
I’m an RGD Student Award of Excellence winner, my Mookies and Canadian Winter Survival Kit projects received international recognition as winners of Applied Arts Awards and my work has been published in magazines and featured on numerous design blogs, including the Lovely Package,The Dieline, NOTCOT, design work life, and Yahoo! News.
I was also the lead designer on the redesign of the Durham College website and numerous
microsites, two of which are CCAE Prix D’Excellence and NCMPR Paragon Award winners.
I’m a provisional member of RGD and have spent time designing at The Office of Gilbert Li, Durham College and running my own freelance design business. I’m also an interior design graduate and love putting my design skills to use, at work and at home.
